PML Pathology is pleased to announce that Rory R. Dalton, MD joined the practice in August. Dr. Dalton graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. He completed a surgical internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN; a surgical oncology fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia; and a pathology residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He is Board Certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Dr. Dalton was most recently Assistant Professor of Pathology at the Medical College of Georgia. He has previously served as Associate Professor of Surgery, Medical College of Georgia, Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery, University of Wisconsin, and Clinical Instructor of Surgery, Temple University School of Medicine.
Dr. Dalton and his wife plan to reside in the Hendersonville area and he will be based primarily at Margaret R. Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville. With his experience in surgical oncology and pathology, Dr. Dalton will be an excellent addition to our practice.
